New Era New Blueprint 2019 New Year's Day starts the nine-way parking officially began the journey to market

On January 1, 2019, Shandong Nine Road Parking Equipment Co., Ltd. held the "9th Shareholders' Meeting on Nine-Way Parking", which discussed the preparations for the listing of nine-way parking, and the participating shareholders voted unanimously to adopt the resolution of the nine-way parking to be listed on the domestic main board stock exchange, and to initiate the preparatory work before listing, using the idea of co-ordination to determine an optimal procedural arrangement. The General Assembly voted unanimously to adopt the resolution on the establishment of the "Nine-Way Parking Listing Preparation Group and the Establishment of the Listing Office".

The landmark 9th General Meeting of Shareholders of Nine Parking was held in Conference Room 2 of The Nine Road Parking.

The General Assembly unanimously elected Fang Lizong, Han Jianfeng, Du Wenping, Qu Bangjie, Wang Yan five people to form a listing preparatory team.

Financial preparations, 2 January - 30 April
