Nine Road Parking 2018 New Year Training Conference

    After get off work on February 25th, the No. 2 conference room of Jiulu Parking was full of people. The company organized a week-long Spring Festival training session for management personnel. The first training session was about team spirit and loyalty.
     Before the training begins, the lecturer distributes a poker card to each trainee, and divides them into four teams according to their suits. Each team adopts the form of scoring, and the team with the highest score will be rewarded.

    Water drips through stone, as an enterprise, how do we exert the cohesion of the team? How can enterprises strengthen the cultivation of team cohesion? How should team members move toward the stated goals? These and other questions were vividly expressed by our lecturers with lively examples and easy-to-understand language, which shocked the participants strongly, washed their hearts and purified their souls, and aroused the enthusiasm of the participants. Resonance gave the trainers an unforgettable life lesson, and warm applause came from the venue from time to time.

    The training was interspersed with answering activities, so that everyone could get involved and feel the strength of the team. Each team actively answered questions and listened carefully.
